Growing up, my mother made black cakes for weddings. My mouth would water for the cake batter'. It wasn't long before I was baking right alongside my mother, and experimenting with new dishes along the way.
Now, very many years later, I have decided to share my passion for baking with you. Recently, I adopted a vegan lifestyle, and could not find food to eat that tasted good, that was healthy, and did not contain too much soy.
So enjoy!, great Jamaican rum cake, (or you can request the fruits be soaked with grape juice if you don't drink alcohol) and great vegan treats, jams, and fruit.
